Although the sanctions have not directly affected supplies of medical equipment and medicines to Russia, they have triggered a number of procurement and logistics concerns. 

• Alexey Fedoryaka (Sapozhnikov & Partners / Rödl & Partner) will speak on the topic “The Russian healthcare sector: A legal update” about how the Russian pharmaceutical industry is coping with the sanction challenges, the current requirements for the importation of medicines and medical devices, the specifics of circulation thereof in Russia (production, quality confirmation, registration, procurements). 

• Anastasia Fomicheva (Siemens Healthcare Russia) will give an overview on the involvement of Russian registration authorities within public procurement control.

The webinar will be held in English and is free of charge. Only members and partners of the organisers are eligible to participate. All others require a personal invitation.
